Outside the Lines Counseling is conveniently located to both York Road and I-83. 2300 York Road, Suite 104, Lutherville, Maryland 21093. Free parking is located right by the office, along the fence. This is a first floor office with no steps. There is a curb to step up and a low threshold for the door. The office is handicapped accessible. 2300 York Road is located right next the Timonium Fairgrounds. The building is behind Hightopps Backstage Grille.
From I-83, take the Padonia Road Exit. Follow Padonia Road until you reach York Road, where you will turn right. Stay on York until you see High View Street on your right. Turn right on High View Street and turn into the entrance on the left. Immediately turn right in the parking lot. Suite 104 is about halfway down on your left. Parking is directly across from the office. Please use the code given to you to enter the waiting room.
